Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! We offer both delivery and pickup options across Calgary and nearby towns. Setup is included with delivery. 

What types of arches do you offer?

We currently offer two styles – a wooden arch and a floral arch. Each one brings elegance and charm to your wedding or event. 

How far in advance should I book a wedding arch rental?
We recommend booking your wedding arch at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season in Calgary (May–September). However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Can I pick up the arch myself?

Yes, we offer convenient pickup from our NW Calgary location. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere, and other nearby areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance—contact us for a quote. 

How do I book an arch for my wedding or event?
Simply contact us through our website, or email/text through our Contact Us page. Let us know the date and location of your event, and we’ll confirm availability. A small deposit secures your booking.

How long is the rental period?

All rentals are for the full weekend by default (Fri-Sun). Need the arch longer? Just ask—we’re happy to discuss extended rental options. 

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit.
